The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with freshly decorated interiors and spotless rooms. The hotel facilities were great, including ski lockers at the main cable car station, which made it convenient not to have to carry equipment back to the hotel. The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes down the road to the ski lifts and close to the Zillertal Bahn. Additionally, the staff were kind and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
Couldn't stay longer.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from the ski lifts, making it easy to access the slopes. the hotel offers ski lockers at the main cable car station, so guests don't have to carry their equipment back and forth. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with powerful showers in the bathrooms. the staff is friendly and attentive, providing top-level service throughout the stay. the breakfast selection is varied and delicious, and the hotel also has a wine cellar with a great selection of wines.
It would have been helpful if the hotel had an English menu or was more prepared to explain the local specialties to non-German speaking guests.

The hotel was cozy and clean, with friendly staff that made us feel welcome. the breakfast buffet was varied, with different options every day, but the homemade bread and pastries were the highlight. the location was perfect for us, just a short walk from the mountain lift and with easy access to other nearby towns. We also appreciated the complimentary ski storage room, which made it easier to hit the slopes right away in the morning.

Great value for money and convenient location for skiing were the best aspects of our stay. The ski lift was just a few minutes’ walk away and the hotel offered a ski room with dryers for our boots, which was really handy. The breakfast was also decent with some variety from day to day.
Our experience was not all positive. The hotel room was quite small and cramped, and the bed was not very comfortable.
